How Do I Know the Correct Size for My Wrist?  

The most accurate option is to measure the wrist with a tape measurement. Wrap it around the top of your wrist at the base of your hand.

Size S fits a 6.5 inches wrist

Size M fits a 7 inches wrist  (standard size for women)

Size L fits a 8 inches wrist (standard size for men)
