We offer FREE Shipping an all orders over $50 within the USA.
We are a small family owned business, and our handmade products are made to order. At the moment, we take 5 to 10 business days for production and shipping. Speed depends on product type and destination.
We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange your item for a smaller or bigger size, or a different product, please send us an email at email@example.com with proof of purchase and a note indicating the right size for you, and/or the item that you would like to replace it with. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We offer a 15 day refund from the day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase and the picture of the item (s) to be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your Bank or credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
