Affirmation: I am the author of my own destiny
A Rudraksha is the seed of the Eliocarpus Ganitrus tree grown mainly in the Himalayan region and plays an important role in a spiritual seeker’s life. These seeds have a very unique vibration. Rudraksha is a very good support because it creates a cocoon of your own energy. It is also a kind of shield against negative energies.
Legend has it that the Hindu god, Shiva, contemplated the suffering of man and in his great compassion, he shed a tear which then grew into a Rudraksha tree. The seeds are considered precious and to possess mystical and divine properties, protecting the wearer from negativity. They have been used in prayer rituals for many centuries and have been known to last up to 8 generations.
Black Onyx is a powerful protection stone. It absorbs and transforms negative energy, and helps to prevent the drain of personal energy. Black Onyx aids the development of emotional and physical strength and stamina.
Hematite grounds and protects us. It strengthens our connection with the earth, making us feel safe and secure. It endows us with courage, strength, endurance and vitality. A "stone for the mind", Hematite stimulates concentration and focus, enhancing memory and original thought. Hematite utilizes the magnetic qualities of our yin-yang energies for balance between the body, mind, and spirit.

- How Do I Take Care of My Bracelet?
How you care for your elastic bracelet is just as important as how we make it. Follow these tips to make them last.
- Always put your elastic bracelet on the right way.
This is one of the main factors in bracelets that don't last. Never put on your bracelet by stretching it over your hand. As much as possible, roll it over your hand without excessive pulling.
Whatever you do, don’t pull on one end of the bracelet to form a triangle and stretch it over your hand. It stresses the elastic and eventually, it will snap. To keep your bracelet in tip top shape, roll the beads over your wrist, stretching the elastic as little as possible.
- Keep the bracelet away from soap, perfumes, hair and skin products, sun screen, salt water, etc. Many of the products we use everyday can degrade the quality of the elastic over time.
If you never take off your elastic jewelry, it is being exposed to chemicals that are breaking down the elastic over time. The shampoo and soaps in the shower, hair sprays, perfume, body lotions, and sunscreen. They all do their part to help breakdown and weaken the elastic over time, eventually causing it to snap. Take elastic bracelets off before applying lotions or sprays. Ideally, don't wear them in the pool or the ocean either.
- The only suggestion to limit the occurrence of having your bracelet get caught on something, is to wear your bracelets on your non-dominant hand. For righties, wear them on the left and lefties, wear them on the right. You are much less likely to get your wrist caught on something with the hand that you use to do less things.
